The Sacramento Business Journal’s coverage of the $34 million award for WattEV’s planned electric truck charging station near Sacramento International Airport noted that this station was part of a larger network the company was building. Reporter Mark Anderson reported that WattEV also received a grant for a station in Salem, Oregon, adding to its growing network of I-5 corridor stations. The station will feature 15.6 megawatts of solar voltaics that will be supplemented by 7.2 megawatts of green power from SMUD, the local utility. The full story is here:
